  🗡   Bloody Boutique is not liable for damages caused by user actions. Assistance may be provided upon request. Incompatibility from future VRChat or Unity updates or modified packages is not our responsibility.
  🗡   Avatars and assets may contain NSFW elements and are restricted to users aged 18+.
  🗡   Showcased items (e.g., tattoos, clothing) are strictly prohibited from reuse. Obtain them directly from their original creator.
  🗡   Custom face/body edits, sculpts, and bases are not to be reused, redistributed, or repurposed under any circumstances.
  🗡   Bloody Boutique comes with a personal license valid only for the ONE purchaser/gifter. They are intended solely for VRChat use.
  🗡   Incorrect information at checkout voids ownership and usage rights for avatars or assets.
  🗡   Assets featured on Bloody Boutique must be purchased directly from their credited creator. Custom or unavailable assets cannot be taken from avatars.
  🗡   If using Bloody Boutique for profit (e.g., live streaming, promotions), you must credit with a hyperlink to the avatar’s Payhip listing.
  🗡   Using Bloody Boutique avatars in Fansly/OnlyFans content is PROHIBITED and will be a bannable offense if found.
  🗡   Bloody Boutique products must not be involved in loli or child-related content.
  🗡   Avatars may only be uploaded to one account. Alt account uploads are not permitted.
  🗡   Copying Unity/Blender material settings from Bloody Boutique is strictly prohibited.
  Prohibited Actions:  
○ Sharing, reselling, price-splitting, or uploading avatars publicly is forbidden.
○ Claiming avatars or their edits as your own, even after modifications, is not allowed.
○ Ripping, extracting, or using avatar components (e.g., assets, head, or body sculpts) for personal or commercial purposes is prohibited.

  🗡   When using Bloody Boutique assets commercially, you must credit either Payhip, Jinxxy or Discord in the product description.
  🗡   Bloody Boutique assets can only be used on commercial avatars priced at or above the asset's original cost. As well as the buyer must be present in the Bloody Boutique Discord.
  🗡   Incorrect information at checkout voids ownership and usage rights for avatars or assets.  Commercial Use:  
○ To use Bloody Boutique assets commercially, you must remain a member of the Discord. If banned, you have 72 hours to remove all assets from your commercial products to avoid legal action, including DMCA takedowns.
○ Bloody Boutique permits a commercial license but is restricted to personal use(as in only for yourself to use!) for the buyer only.
○ Failure to input correct information at checkout voids ownership and usage rights for Bloody Boutique.  Usage Restrictions:  
○ Bloody Boutique Assets are for VRChat only. Any other games are prohibited.
○ Sharing, reselling, price-splitting, or claiming assets as your own, even after edits, is strictly prohibited.
○ Editing, removing, or photoshopping the logo from any asset is not allowed.

Edits Policy

  Thank you for considering my model for editing/using.   It's important to maintain its recognizable identity. As a guideline, if the alterations are indistinguishable from the original, it will imply excessive modifications.
Tagging   Bloody Boutique   on Instagram/Any platform when posting photos is encouraged. Please post them into my Discord and tag us! ~ Edit my avatars to your heart's content, as long as they remain private, ARE NOT SOLD and you do not claim them as your own. I encourage avatar editing. Creativity and uniqueness is always applauded.
Please keep in mind the regulations of Edits listed below:
  Feel free to:  
-Add a hair swap or extra hairs (limit 2)
-Change around colors and textures
-Add accessories like piercings or jewelry
-Delete assets
-Add animal parts like ears or a tail
-Add Clothing (1 outfit addition or 1-2 extra clothing additions.~)
-Adding any props, non malicious scripts, etc is allowed.
  Don't:  
-Head Swap
-Body-swap ( I do not mind some body modifications but i need to tell its my model)
-Heavily edit to the point I can't tell which model it is
